NOONA'S NUDE
After the death of their grandmother, Lisa and her two brothers gather to divide her impressive art collection. Their bickering turns to shock when they discover a nude painting of their aging Nonna. While her brothers and their art consultants are repulsed, Lisa is moved by the unexpected boldness and vulnerability of the painting, leading her to reexamine her relationship with her own body. Nonna’s Nude is a tender comedy about the value we place on women’s bodies in the art world and in life, with an electrifying score by Franc Moody.
